Private companies should be allowed to build service stations along our motorway network, says an Ireland South MEP. Sean Kelly believes that there are just not enough places where people can safely pull over for refreshments or a rest. He believes that government cut backs have left the National Road Authority without the money to do anything about it so he wants the private sector to be allowed to act. |
