Asylum seekers at the Mosney accommodation centre have to wait too long for their cases to be dealt with and the process must be sped up on humanitarian grounds. That’s the call from Socialist Party MEP Joe Higgins, who visited them on Monday. Over 100 residents are currently facing re-location to hostels elsewhere. Joe Higgins says more resources and personnel are needed to deal with the cases more quickly.
